Molly Knight received her BA in English from Clemson University and her Ph.D. in German Studies from Duke University.
She has published articles on the work of Swiss author Christian Kracht, and masculinity and violence in contemporary German film.
Her specialties include gender studies, contemporary literature, film, and East German history and culture.
